Every Blendbox order gets a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it leaves our warehouse. Open the link, or head to Track Your Order and enter your order number with the email address you checked out with.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Your tracking number arrives as soon as the courier scans the parcel in.
It's normal for a new number to show "no information available" for the first 12–24 hours — the courier's system needs a scan or two before it starts reporting.
Yes — within 60 minutes of checkout, while the order is still marked Processing. Reply to your confirmation email or message support with your order number and what you'd like changed.
Once it's packed we can't edit it, but you can refuse delivery or start a free return the moment it arrives.
Long-haul legs and sorting hubs often go quiet for 48–72 hours — the parcel is moving, it's just between scans. Weather and public holidays stretch this further.
If there's been no movement for five business days, contact us with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and, if the parcel can't be located, reship or refund it in full.

Standard shipping is free on orders over ₹1,999. Below that it's a flat ₹99. Express delivery is ₹249 and takes 1–2 business days to metro pin codes.
International rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Import duties, where they apply, are collected by the courier on delivery.
We ship to over 40 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. Enter your address at checkout — if we deliver there, rates appear automatically.
A few oversized items are domestic-only; those are flagged on the product page.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the outer packaging and the item. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no return needed for damaged goods.
Marked delivered but nothing arrived? Check with neighbours and building security first, then message us. We'll file a courier investigation and make it right.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, earrings, and opened personal-care products can't be returned unless they arrived faulty. Final-sale items are marked clearly on the product page.
Open My Account → Orders, choose the order, and hit Return item. Pick a reason and we'll email a prepaid label within a few hours.
Reverse pickup is free on most Indian pin codes. Where pickup isn't available, drop the parcel at any partner courier point and we'll reimburse the postage.
We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and refund straight to your original payment method. Banks then take a further 5–7 business days to post it.
Prefer it instantly? Choose Blendbox store credit instead — it lands the moment your return is approved, and we add 10% on top.
Yes. Start a return and pick Exchange instead of Refund, then choose the size or colour you want. We reserve the replacement immediately so it can't sell out while your parcel is in transit.
Exchanges ship free. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference.
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes under ₹10,000.
International customers can pay by card or PayPal, billed in your local currency where supported.
Yes. Every page is served over TLS, and payments run through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways. Card details go straight to the processor as encrypted tokens — Blendbox never sees or stores your full card number.
Card payments in India also carry mandatory OTP or 3-D Secure verification.
That's an authorisation hold, not a charge. When a payment doesn't complete, the amount is never captured and your bank releases it automatically — usually in 3–5 business days, up to 7 for some issuers.
If no order confirmation arrived, no order exists, so don't worry about being billed twice. Send us the transaction reference if it hasn't cleared after a week and we'll chase the gateway with you.
No-cost EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000 with most major credit cards, plus standard EMI on select debit cards. Pay-later options appear at checkout when your order qualifies.
Terms and eligibility are set by your bank or provider, and the plans you're offered are shown before you confirm payment.
